The first one like the fossilised bone of an animal that never was. The second image looks a bit like a robot. The third a stellar nebula caught by the sea. The last one like an unknown language.
The last one is from the external façade of the Arab World Institute (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arab_World_Institute) in Paris. It was lovely how the light came through the geometric pattern (obviously of Islamic design). It was an interesting interface between Paris and the institute.
